La Cueva de Miravet was lovingly designed and built by hand over seven years, with the goal of creating the first luxury ecolodge in Castellon Province.

We have integrated sustainability in everything we do, from rehabilitating an existing building, using local stone for walls, off-grid energy and water, a large hot-tub (or cold-tub!), a minimalist pool, and recycled materials such as railway sleepers for door arches.

Our team works hand in hand with local producers and service providers, ensuring that local communities benefit from high quality tourism. In return, communities welcome our visitors like family, giving you a truly cultural experience.

The surrounding natural environment is also our priority. Our team repairs the terrace walls, plants native species and works with communities to manage populations of native species in the nearby area.

Finally, the ecolodge offers eco-friendly materials, avoids waste, manages water use and practices composting, ensuring your visit contributes to people and planet.
